Our talented team of chocolatiers have create over 40 different varieties of chocolates to satisfy even the most discerning palette. You can observe the creation of these chocolates from start to finish in our open kitchen. We use chocolates imported from Switzerland, France and Belgium in the creation of these recipes. Our chefs are ready to assist you in personalizing your selection. Whether you're having an intimate dinner party or a corporate event, we can create a remembrance for you and your guests. The Chef

Chef/Owner Randy Olmstead received his formal pastry arts training at L’Academie de Cuisine under the tutelage of Chef Mark Ramsdell. During his career, Chef Olmstead has had the honor of partnering with some of the most renowned chocolatiers in the world, including: Roland Mesnier, Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Jerome Landrieu, Mathieu Barriquault, Christophe Morel and Frederic Loraschi. Chef Olmstead has had the honor to create custom chocolate confections for the United States Department of State.
